Automatically Managed through SIS Integration

  • Site Creation & Updates
  • Class Creation, Updates, & Removal
  • Educator (Rater) Account Creation, Updates, & Removal
  • Student Account Creation, Updates, & Removal
  • Student Demographic Data Creation, Updates, & Removal

 

Must Be Manually Managed

  • Program Admin Creation, Updates, & Removal
  • Site Leader Creation, Updates, & Removal

 

In order for an SIS Integration to automatically manage the data stated above effectively, here are some tips and tricks to keep your imports running smoothly:

  1. When possible, schedule your exports to send new data to the DESSA System daily.
  2. Keep the name of your file(s) the same for each export. 
  3. Make sure you are including all of the DESSA System required fields in your exports.
