Resetting Staff Passwords in the DESSA System

Overview:

This article provides the steps to reset staff passwords for the DESSA System and to reset student passwords for the DESSA Student Portal.

Staff Password Resets:

To reset your password as a staff member in the DESSA System, follow these steps:

1. Navigate to app.apertureed.com

2. On the login screen, click the “Forgot your password?” button;

3. Enter your email in the box provided on the “Reset Password” page.

4. Click the “Reset Password” button

5. This will email you a link to reset your password. Click the link in the email and enter your new password on the page that comes up.

6. Once your password has been reset, use your new password to log in at app.apertureed.com

7. Reset links expire 24 hours after being sent from our platform.
