Rating Completion Report

Overview

The Rating Completion Report displays your rating window completion by site as well as the ability to export a list of all students. You’ll be able to filter the completion results by a specific assessment form, including the Student Self-Report. Follow the steps below to access the report:

To generate the Rating Completion Report
  1. Select Data and Insights; then select Rating Completion
  2. The number of Students Rated and the Total Number of students will be shown along with the percentage complete for the current Rating Window. (See Image 1)

To find the completion rate of specific schools

  1. Use the search bar to the right of the Breakdown, to search for the specific Site
  2. The Export All option allows you to download a .csv file with all ratings, or by individual site by clicking Export to the right of the site name.
  3. In the Export (Column E) a Rating Status of 0 means not rated, and 1 means the rating is complete. (See Image 2)

Details about this report:
  • Available for Site Leaders, Program Administrators & Org Administrators
  • With no Forms selected to filter by, the 'Students Rated' does not include the DESSA-mini ratings that triggered a Full assessment where the Full Assessment has not yet been completed.
  • If a student is in multiple sites they are only counted once in the # of Students Rated.
  • Progress monitoring is excluded from this report.
  • The .csv export displays one line per student and there may be multiple raters shown in the Assigned Rater(s) column.
  • The report only shows students who have an active account in the Educator Portal.
  • To achieve a completion rate of 100%, all assigned raters must complete the assessment for each of the students on their roster. For example, students with two assigned raters will be 50% complete if only one rater has completed the assessment.
  • If students are marked "Skipped" without a rating using the option "I am unable to rate this student", the Completion Report will not show as 100% complete.
