Overview
Progress Monitoring (One-off ratings) are ratings that occur outside of an assigned DESSA Assignment. For example, an educator may want to rate a student with a full DESSA, even when the full DESSA is not assigned to that student. All DESSA forms included in the subscription will be available for Progress Monitoring.
Completing Progress Monitoring Ratings
Progress Monitoring can be conducted through individual student profiles. To access individual student profiles, the user selects the Rating Tab at the top of the screen.
1. Under your rating tab select a student.

2. Once you select a student you will see the window below.

3. Select Complete Progress Monitoring option on the bottom left corner, and begin the assessment.

4. When the Progress Monitoring Option is selected a small window will appear that allows you to select which form you would like to use to rate the student. The forms that appear will be based on the forms you have purchased for your organization.

NOTE: Progress Monitoring results will not show up under rating periods reports. When checking for ratings which were completed via Progress Monitoring remove the X from the Rating Window filter.
