How to Change the Program Administrator
Overview
This article describes how to update the Program Administrator.
Requesting a Change
1. To change the Program Administrator, the current Program Administrator or an executive/administrator will need to submit a request to our Technical Support Team requesting the change. (Select Submit a Request at the top-right corner.)
2. In the request, please include the following information for the new Program Administrator:
- First and Last Name
- Email Address
3. Our team will then update the account, and the new Program Administrator will receive an invitation to create or update their login for the DESSA Teacher Portal.
