Batch Rater Assignments

Overview

The Batch Rater feature enables program administrators and site leaders to efficiently assign multiple students to a teacher at one time. This streamlined process reduces the need for individual student assignments and helps ensure accurate roster management.

Required Permissions: Site Leaders, including SEL Implementation Leads and other authorized school administrators.

To assign multiple students to a teacher using the Batch Rater feature, follow the steps below:

    • Click the Gear icon (top right) > Settings.
      • Unable to Locate the Gear Icon? On smaller screens or at certain zoom levels, the gear icon may not appear in the upper-right corner of the application. To access Settings, click the hamburger menu (☰) in the upper-left corner and select Settings from the menu.
    1. Click on Assignment Review on the left navigation.
    2. Click on the three dots (…) for More Actions and click on Batch Assignments.
    3. Select the Rater who you would like to assign students to by searching for their name.
    4. Copy / Paste or type in the IDs of the students that you would like to assign to the educator.
    5. Select either ‘Add and Close’ or ‘Add and Assign More’.

    📌Note: This process does NOT unassign any previously assigned
